It’s about 27 minutes into last week’s Unleashed ep - from RTD
“The end is very simple. It means David is pried. David is living in France, we’ve got a happy Doctor who is no longer saving the universe, that’s parked with Donna for a happy life “

With Ncuti Gatwa joining Graham Norton tonight, here's the first preview clip of the Christmas Special

And the clip from this week's Blue Peter. Nice touch (coincidental or otherwise) to have a child called Verity involved.

The clip on YouTube is subtly different from that shown on Graham Norton. The YouTube clip is 16:9 whereas the GN clip was the proper 2:1. Also, the latter ran for a few moments longer and included dialogue about goblins... with a lovely musical motif. Shame to lose that from the online clip.

Is it just me? I couldn’t tell a word either of them were saying in that clip.

The only bit I struggled with was Ruby's first line, but I think it's something like "I... Just... I" hence the joke of the Doctor's "Well, what did you do that for?"

Just to revisit this - it transpires that the Blu-ray release uses the Disney+ versions, not the ones as broadcast on the BBC!

So now we have one Doctor who can travel through time and space and another who can't find his way across the channel?

Yeah, he has a TARDIS, being abroad isn't enough to cause him to miss things. Plus Donna was offered a UNIT job and Mel works there too, so they both also should be in the thick of it if anything happens. UNIT is part of the United Nations, their operations aren't limited to the United Kingdom!

We know Mel will be as she's back for Series 14 - and RTD has confirmed that we'll be seeing Rose Noble again, but I don't think we'll be seeing David and Catherine back again anytime soon

I doubt we will see David or Catherine back again - if RTD does go down that path, it will be the case of ever diminishing returns and the viewers will get bored.
Remember that David was in the 50th in 2013, then a decade of waiting and he returned for 60th, if the show is still going by 2033, that would be a time to wheel David out for the 70th, and probably he wouldn't have aged much, as David seems to be unique, he looks always fit, healthy and fantastic
