That’s everyone’s working assumption in this thread, I think - although we don’t have an official word from the BBC or BBC insiders.
If work on refurbishing E doesn’t actually start for a while, they may continue using it even if all other output has moved out.
There is also an overnight maintenance window for C, where E has been used instead, and it remains to be seen whether that will continue. If Singapore and Washington are going to be producing a sizeable chunk of overnight output semi-independent of London, it may be possible for that window to exist as natural downtime. Even if a London gallery is needed, presumably any one of the other galleries (likely A, as there wouldn’t be a U.K.-opt overnight anyway) could be used for that.
