The UK only stories feel out of place on an international news channel and the focus on world issues is at the detriment of domestic issues that would ordinarily take priority. I really dislike every domestic story being prefaced with 'UK' - 'UK Deputy Prime Minister', 'UK Police Officer'. Many will be confused that the priorities of the UK BBC News website are not reflected on the news channel.
Ultimately it will be to the detriment of both sets of viewers. But let's see how it plays out.
It's a disaster for those of us that did tune in for the UK service.
Already adapting to Sky once Kay Burley is off air.
It'll sink, and not swim. Back pedalling guaranteed.
