(E.g. 1500-1800, 1800-2000 or 1500-1700, 1700-2000.) Previously it was Lucy who had two hours, with Yalda and Matthew having three (although in two of those three the back half was not theirs to fill). In this case they might do with three morning shifts, the earlier ones being two hours long, like now: 0500-0700, 0700-0900, 0900-1200.(28-03-2023, 02:49 PM)EverythingFavs Wrote: This article says that only Lucy Hockings will have a branded programme from launch, and will be on TV from 12pm-3pm BST.I wonder if it is 12:00-15:00 GMT instead? I could see a shift pattern of 05:00-08:00; 08:00-11:00; 11:00-14:00 (Hockings); 14:00-17:00; 17:00-20:00; 20:00-22:00 (Fraser). But, unless they'll continue with the split shifts, a 12:00-15:00 shift would mean a lot of unevenness elsewhere.
But then again why would one chief anchor have shorter shifts then another one? I can to a certain degree understand it with Christian, as his show is more anchor-heavy then a newscast with multiple pre-packaged reports, or with early morning shifts.
