I feel like today's edition is worth to record and share here just in case some of you don't have access to iPlayer and can't wait for the overnight and Breakfast repeat:

Some points to note from the interview with Paul Royall, Interim Executive News Editor of BBC News Channel:
- The changes are gradually introduced during April and Early May.
- "There is a global feed and there's a UK feed. At some point will be combined, at other times it will be separate" - I like how he's sugar coating it like 80% of the output is separate while "some part" like 20% is combined.
- At 6-11 a.m, UK viewers will see Breakfast and Nicky Campbell's phone-in.
- 1, 6, 10, and also Newsnight will be introduced to the UK feed as well.
- If there's a big UK breaking story, they will opt out on the UK feed. They will also utilize "single story news stream" as well on the live page and iPlayer. They're marketing it as "more choice and more flexibility for viewers as opposed to reduction" for viewers.
- During breaks on the global feed, the UK feed will see "stories from UK nations and regions". I'm not sure how many stories can be fit in a 1 min quarter break during a generic bulletin... I also doubt they will air these stories during the breaks at :26 and :56... Most likely it'll just be weather and minutes of promos.
- Paul says there will be a UK breaking team on standby 24/7, where in reality they're only on standby from 0900-2300 weekdays.
- Samir Ahmed asks if there's a 24/7 UK breaking team, it doesn't save much money then... Paul didn't give a direct answer.
