BBC iPlayer and Sounds were unresponsive, presumably due to service reunification. Seems to have recovered now.

Sky Showcase unfortunately didn’t have the best handover to Sky News, the announcement that they were joining was played over a black screen (which flashed to a still image of the Sky Showcase ident a few times) and was cut off early.

Sky played the national anthem as well after announcing the Queen's death. A lovely and sombre set of graphics they have.
