This was one set in London. I don't know for sure which studio it was, but I was briefly involved in the planning process for this series of programmes and know that the intention was to bring regional talent to London.
Logic suggests Studio V, hence the One Show's decamp to the Morning Live studio in Manchester. Doesn't the One Show's standing set have a performance area made up of screens that could be reconfigured and redressed to look like they fairly quickly?
Edit: Take the light boxes off the sides of the screens, push them together and add a purple carpet
