I hadn't realised that these complaint summaries were broadcast in cases where the complaint was rejected, I thought it was part of the "punishment" for breaking the rules that they had to broadcast the findings.

Was it the broadcaster's choice in that situation, and could they still do it now? For example after a high profile pile-on resulting in a load of complaints to OFCOM which ultimately get rejected?
