It doesn't exist any more. Originally there was the BCC and the Broadcasting Standards Commission which handled taste and decency complaints. The BCC merged into the BSC and then the BSC was incorporated into Ofcom
I've not seen an Ofcom in vision ruling for years
the last was probably GMTVs phone scandal, so I imagine they'd still happen with something that serious, but no not if the complaint is not upheld
This is the last one I know about, although I believe it comes from the BBC trust itself?
