That misses the worst mistake they made: airing one of the parts of The Monster of Peladon in place of the relevant part of The Curse of Peladon, to which the former was a sequel from much later in Pertwee’s run (how they managed this I’m not sure, the later episode was from season 11 and had the diamond logo and “time tunnel” titles that would be more closely associated with Tom Baker).

TG4 was supplied with a wrong tape when they came to screen The Curse of Peladon; an episode of the sequel, The Monster of Peladon, aired instead of Part 2 or 3 (it was one of the middle two episodes according to eye witnesses).
