Because its at WPIX a NextStar station, which is also the New York bureau for NewsNation you can also see this set slightly resembles the main NewsNation set in Chicago. It stands to reason that when WPIX is not using the set it will be used by NewsNation because their doesnt seems like there will be hard branding on it. So because they seem to be doing what CNN did have the main newsroom in another city but all the primetime shows out of New York, because its unlikely the Primetime presenters will relocate to Chicago.
