Having a quick flick around Sounds most of those programmes continuing are by cover presenters, some for presenters who were due to be off this week anyway. That said is the producers and Broadcast Assistants are striking too they'll be on their own
It was certainly the case during the recent railway disputes, the timing of the strike chosen to cause maximum disruption because it was halfway through a shift.
