Looks like we have the people who worked on the TV 2 News rebrand. It was made by Stupid Studio, with implementation and sound design made in-house by TV 2.

This should have been the way the BBC had updated their graphics for the new BBC News channel. As for such, I'm surprised the sets (from Mads Hage Thomsen) haven't been changed, the desks have that old TV 2 design feeling, but they still look really neat.
I like it though - considering both the current BBC News graphics and the TV2 corporate rebrand itself are disappointing than expected.
And, as for the ticker, this might be teething last minute problems. The newsbar and clock are generated at a MCR level.

Over in the Phillippines, GMA's morning programme has a new set and graphics. The set was designed by Orlando-based FX Design Group, who's also responsible for WPIX's new set and another studio for the station a year prior.
