In their own words:
Quote:We know that in this difficult time of struggle, Ukrainians need not only informational, but also emotional support. Therefore, we continue our work for the benefit of society and create ICTV 2. This channel will bring together favorite programs and film series products for the audience and will be another quality solution for our partners with whom we are working for recovery.Due to the, erm, incidents in the nation, recordings from it are scarce, though we can imagine a split screen effect a la RTE2 from the end of the promo. But here's a testcard for the channel:

Worth noting that ICTV 2 is also now available domestically in Ukraine (on some cable networks and the Megogo streaming service), mainly to leave ICTV to air the standard Yedyni Noviny all-news special report which co-produces with the other main channels in the country (1+1, Pershyi, Inter, Rada-TV, and recently launched news channel My-Ukraina). This similar movement has been done in the case of 1+1 and Suspilne, as 1+1 recently launched a separate feed for pay TV services to air all their entertainment shows, whilst staying with Yedyni Noviny on their FTA and International feeds (renamed as 1+1 Marathon); Suspilne has also integrated the entertainment and imported shows normally aired by Pershyi into their secondary channel Suspilne Kultura (which still airs a high amount of its own pre-war programming).
