If entries in Logopedia are to believed true, C More First and C More Series would be rebranded under the MTV name, and are renamed to MTV Aitio and MTV Viihde respectively.
Meanwhile, Swedish-exclusive sports channels C More Fotboll and C More Hockey could be renamed under the TV4 umbrella. It was reported that the C More channels in the country will be closed down by this Summer, so these might be the ones staying.
It's been announced recently that MTV Aitio and Viihde will be replacing C More First and C More Series respectively, while C More Hits and C More Stars will be shut down.

The new MTV Aitio can be found on the C More First channel site and on the MTV Viihde C More Series channel site. The C More Hits and C More Stars channel slots will be completely removed.
Over on the Swedish feed, further details of transferring C More to TV4 Play has been announced. Seems like they'll be rebranding most channels to TV4, except for C More Sport Live 5 and C More Mix, which will be replaced by TV4 Tennis and TV4 Motor.
