Yes, Scandinavian channels, particularly Nordic ones, are getting more and more boring, which is ironic, with more technology being available.
I knew Discovery channels had long ad breaks (with the EU revisions even more), but 9 mins ad breaks are excessive, even for Italy (here tends to be max 5-6, 7 stretching it, mostly during movies)
