with the reference to the QR code, this implies a video stream is going to be kept running. I can't imagine they'll be wasting a transponder to do this, so are they going to use one of Sky's existing DVB-S transponders to host it, thus allowing the BBC to reconfigure 10803 to DVB-S2.
