All easily controlled by their Mosart automation, it's just a case of setting the template moves up in the system and using them
In news production, its usually more a case of training/reviewing regularly the way shows are produced and coded by the production team, as the segment format, style, assets, shots are usually chosen by the producers rather than director initially. This can lead to lazy, limited creative choices in even the largest organisations.
Teaching the need for variety of shots and moves, as well writing style (word counts etc) and story selection/order is a constant battle in TV production, more so in template based environments where news producers are journalists first, rather than pure visual/creative TV producers with a eye for style rather than just substance.
When a new creative lead comes in, it's often a good starting point to review what's available immediately to improve the production values before getting into new things. Doesn't always require more staff/less automation
