Maybe I should have said, ‘less glaringly obvious’.
Are we to presume that Harry Hill’s contract with ITV has ended? Other than YBF, they seemed to struggle to find a vehicle for him after TV Burp ended, with Stars In Their Eyes and Alien Fun Capsule not quite hitting the mark (although personally I adored AFC). Most of his recent work has been for Channel 4 (Clubnite and Junior Bake Off) and the BBC (World of TV).

I take it that 'World of TV' never got renewed? It's been over 2 years since it last aired.

World of TV - seemed a clear easy clips/script covid production in the can vehicle.

Despite Harry doing a bit of press for it, I think it passed most people by and didn’t get great ratings as I recall

Stars In Their Eyes. Nuff said.
Though the Fun Capsule was brilliant. Surprised Sky didn't pick that up, though they did do Harry Hill's Tea Time before the Fun Capsule. Tea Time was supposed to be quite good, referred to by one Guardian online reader as a mash-up between You've Been Framed and TV Burp.
I think the problem with World of TV was it wasn't anything that hadn't already already been done better by others; namely the likes of Charlie Brooker. Although it was still possible to find out nuggets of information:

Crikey, I thought Harry had only been doing it since around 2014 rather than 2004!
£250 for a video clip always seemed a bit too generous although I'm guessing ITV made far more than £250 from the clips by just flogging them to other clip shows around the world!

Yes, amazing to think HH has been doing it longer than all the other hosts put together.
As for the £250, it seemed generous back in 1990, but the failure to keep up with inflation makes them seem a bit mean nowadays. According to the Bank of England inflation calculator, this is what they should really be paying now…
