Disney+ is good at this, but the total running time they list usually includes two/three minutes of credits for the foreign audio dubs at the end of the main feature, depending on how many languages they dubbed it in.
But yes, streaming content lengths do vary wildly, but if they do show up on network TV they'll almost certainly be edited anyway to fit a 90 minute slot with adverts. Films typically run anywhere from 90mins to 2hrs with occasional variations either side of that so they're relatively easy to accommodate. An episode of Stranger Things can run anywhere from 42mins to 139min according to Wiki.
But like most of these things once you have a hit on your hands its like a drug, the network wants more and more, so the episodes get longer... Networks usually compensate by just ordering more episodes, whereas Netflix just say make them longer.
