In which case he - or those who advise him - will understand rights / copyright, what you can and can’t do.
If he really ‘wants TalkTV to shine’ they’d have paid up for access to the pool feed way earlier than they - seemingly - did. They either thought they could / should get it for free (when they had no right to do so), or having realised they wouldn’t, decided with GB News to use it as a publicity stunt to bash the BBC. (Barely mentioning the other UK broadcasters and news agency who are part of the pool.)
Co-ownership of networks is way less important for this than the rights / agreements a broadcaster has for the country / countries they are broadcasting to. You can’t just pass a feed onto a co-owned channel for them to broadcast unless they have the rights to do so.
