Nickelodeon in general have slimmed down their international operations, that's including the websites, only a few countries such as the UK, France, and Germany etc. actually have their own version of Nick, and Nick Australia is about to make the move to FTA too. Most of the Nicks are shared, with countries either having the "Global" version, no adverts with dubbing in a local language, or "Commercial Light", which allows a bit more localisation and advertising or "Comm Full" for full ad breaks.
You can find out the different versions by going to the RRTV (Czech Broadcasting Regulator) or CVDM (Dutch Broadcasting Regulator) websites.
