The design of the studio in the visualisation is self-evidently based on the international versions of the show; this is surely beyond dispute (?!). Therefore, the font used is obviously intended to be the global MasterChef logo. The visualisation shows the same application of the wordmark -- prominently splashed across the centre of the front workstation -- as seen in international versions.
The font doesn't match the International logo (look at the M). I wouldn't read that much into it. It's a placeholder.

Nice to see the global sans serif MasterChef wordmark is also in use on the BBC MasterChef site...
...but I can't help wondering when the old BBC One logo will finally be replaced on BBC Programmes microsites.

For the 2011 series, which was Australian inspired they also did "Audition" rounds to win a MC apron and a place in the kitchen .
I think the Australian have long abandoned those.
It did give the classic dish of a "deconstructed trifle"
