They should have been updated months prior to the rebrand, or at least when the rebrand date was known, that all programmes delivered after that date, or at least a sensible grace period (3 months rather than 3 years) should have the new logo.
Fair enough to have exceptions for shows made before that date that had no confirmed transmission date or for series that might span the date but really it's a simple instruction - indeed a very simple instruction compared to some end credit and production endcap branding guidelines.
Indeed given a key part of the rebrand is the logo appearing centre top you'd think they'd want to redesign the end caps to match that as well.
