Presumably if they're moving satellites Arqiva are having to move the dish at each transmitter site to 15w. I imagine that will take some time so there will probably be some overlap between the two.
I notice Lyngsat says it's on the North Sea beam of the satellite. Intelsat 901 has a massive footprint and the satelite reserve was used by British emigrants in Spain and Portugal to watch UK TV channels. I suspect that might be the case much longer
