There are companies that sell decoders and encryption codes to people in Spain and Portugal. It's not that reliable of course as they change the encryption every so often and the suppliers have to send out USB sticks or codes for the receivers. Aquick bit of googling brings up guides for British emigrants on how to receive it, for example.....

However searching for how to watch UK TV in Spain mostly gives the solution of accessing iPlayer, ITVX etc via a VPN which these days is probably a better solution for most.
