CNN/US has just done something new: at 2pm ET they made their special coverage of a US political event triple-headed (usually it is just two - one in NY, one in DC).
Most likely it is because Jake is not in DC, and it is Wolf who presides over the DC panel.
UPD. Jake in the meantime is talking to a third, smaller panel of political commentators in the open air on some balcony in South Carolina
Meanwhile, CNNI had a lot of culls today due to two breaking news in short succession:
8am hour was fully simulcast,
9am was half-simulcast (although I do not know if First Move that started at half past survived till 10am as the Trump news arrived at around that time),
Connect the World was on air only sometimes during 11am hour (first and last segment of the hour were US simulcast), its first hour also replaced by simulcast,
and Amanpour was not shown as well.
However, One World and Isa Soares Tonight have been broadcast in full, and the former even carried the presser about a soldier detained in North Korea - something CNN/US did not as it had gone in full Trump mode by then.
Yes, it is really nice to see her doing lighter formats than a heavy political show.
