It would be the most sensible explanation for the change, though, as CNN cannot show CNN/US in full on streaming and has to resort to some CNNI content and bonus shows.
(And, as usual, when CNN resorts to CNNI content for domestic viewer, the worse it becomes from the editorial standpoint for the international viewer.)
