Now, she's in Tel Aviv and an NBC News correspondent. I thought the relationship was pretty casual, but it looks like things moved quickly.
I haven't seen her do any actual reporting in the streets yet. She's mostly just been giving her analysis and providing some much-needed background on NBC News Now and MSNBC, though I did also see her on NBC News Daily today. I don't think she's been on Nightly News or the Today show just yet.
If this is permanent, then I'm thrilled. I've always been a Hala fan, and I'm so glad to see her back on TV. She was a big loss for CNN. Of the main US networks, NBC is the only one by far that can rival CNN in international coverage.
Sorry Charles must have missed your post. You are sharp and eagle-eyed. Yeah I prefer NBC News for international coverage as far as the networks go. CBS News isnt a slouch. But NBC takes it especially if you factor in the additions of SkyNews UK and SkyTG24 Italia. Though there still isnt much obvious synergy with SkyTG24 yet.
