CNNI broke away from New Hampshire primary coverage at 2am ET to go its own way.
Of course the primary was still featured prominently in the shows, but so were many other stories.
Not a single show was simulcast on domestic, not even Max and Bianca’s hour. I assume it all went to CNN Max as usual.
CNNI also broke into CNN This Morning a few minutes after 5am ET for a live hit with Fred Pleitgen on the breaking news of a Russian plane crash reportedly carrying Ukrainian prisoners. (That hour is usually Early Start, but CNN This Morning gets an extra hour today).

I think they broke away even earlier, the 7 am CET (1 am ET) hour was also done by Vause.

Gotta assume a technical reason. But crazy that CNN Center hasn’t gone away yet. The original plan surely was to completely vacate it by the end of 2023.
That’s obviously been pushed back. But for how long?
Domestic and World Sport have still been using CNN Center right? And maybe also Max… I’m not really sure if they’re using flash studios at CNN Center, or one at Techwood similar to CNNI.

The return of First Move is coming from the New York broom cupboard which is probably not a surprise but disappointing. I'm not too keen on the background either it's a bit blury with irritating colours for my liking but I do like the intro.
I am seeing First Move here in the UK to answer your below question EastCoast.

CNNI North America is simulcasting The Situation Room, likely to be able to show on Max. I’m unable to watch First Move

Can CNN Today be brought back too then?
Will be so strange to have the show about a different 'First Move' now. I hope they retool the same ad which I still have in my head to this day :

It's not on today, guess it's been delayed. The Situation Room is on CNN I and Max.

Yes, it is still in cupboard studio. New intro and titles have some CTW vibes to it, although in a different color scheme.

CNNI is really not going to give any show broadcasting from New York the right to use a real studio anymore, are they? What a terrible look for "the world's news leader."
