Pretty sure Paramount is already in there, unless the Channel 5 side retained any presence in Stephen Street from the Fremantle/RTL days it'll all have been Ericsson's facilities, which are the same Red Bee centres as everyone else.

In the days when Channel 5 playout was in Stephen Street, their DR was at Red Bee in White City.
I don't think Encompass have much in the way of technical facilities at Stephen Street anymore - their playout centre
is now in Chiswick, in the same building as Viasat. (Just round the corner from Red Bee)

ITV Be HD and the two new HD regions have been added to Freesat's test bouquet. So looks like satellite viewers will finally get ITV Be in HD after being on Virgin exclusively since launch.

Not on air yet and cannot be tuned in as the info is in Freesat data but that does not mean it's actually broadcasting.
Will keep an eye out and let you know when it's tunable.

That is Border Scotland.
It started in Wednesday morning as 21000 but had changed to 21060 with SID changed to 21060 by 1700.
Channel TV will be 20720 on 11052H 23000 but not on air yet
Itv be will be 20835 on 11.068V but again nit in yet

I believe ITV Be is in HD on Sky Stream & Sky Glass, so not quite Virgin Media exclusive. It was exclusive until the launch of Sky Glass though.
