Here's a quick comparison using their type tester (please ignore difference in weight):
The basic geometry matches perfectly. Adjustments seem to have been made to the terminal of the lowercase L, as well as some details on letters like m, n and t. Also the dot on the i in the ITV version is round instead of square.
I like it. It's a nice font.

You're right, good spot! On the ITVX support page someone found on Sky's forums, I looked at the source code and found that exact font is listed on ITV's own servers:
It's a blank white page (itvx.kustomer.support ) but if you look at the Web Inspector you'll find the font references to 'Zagma'.
The font used on the ITVX.com holding site appears to be called Paralucent: fonts.adobe.com
Won't be long until we find out for sure!
