I doubt it would cost them that much to make, considering it is pre-recorded, but would add something to the weekend mornings which now are simply repeats of Love Your Garden.
They can't do this as they use the weekend slots to fill their indie quota, GMB is made by ITV Studios so doesn't qualify.
I've double checked to see if I'm right and the license states:
