A bit of a strange decision to retain a local Breakfast show when they aren't doing that anywhere else in England on Greatest Hits Radio....
But it's all a bit of a mess in a 'classic Bauer' way, as both Wave 105 & Pirate share music right now, but one becomes GHR and the other Hits.
And yet it feels like only yesterday they aligned these two stations closer together to share the same playlist, with pirate only opting out of the Wave playlist on Sundays, the odd different golden hour and for the double duchy features. Personally, I'd probably give it another year before Cornwall will lose its only local show, for it to become part of a "West Country" show from Bristol, like Heart and GHR does currently...

I'm sad to see them both to and send my thoughts to everyone at both stations who are going to lose their jobs
I'm also from the same area and moved to Cornwall in 2008 and echo your sentiments and would like to wish everyone the best for the future.
