The US strike has now led to an over 50s version of The Bachelor, something I doubt would have been commissioned without it - though that said think Davina is doing an over 50s version of Love Island for ITV. ABC yesterday revealed a fall schedule with no new scripted shows at all, relying on gameshows, reality shows and news formats.
In other news The Cube USA has returned on TBS this month too having been sat on the shelf a long time with WBD holding back new content. Format largely the same as their first season which replaced the Swap from the UK version with "One Shot" - which is the host doing a game instead. Think they've also bought back Trial Run which was absent from the first series and UK revival.

P.S. The last US revival of Deal or No Deal bought in something I could see being added to the ITV revival as a format twist - the counter offer. At one point during the game the player can name their price at which they'd sell the box to the banker which the Banker can then accept or reject. Think that's a better twist than Box 23 or the Offer Button.
