It shows in my original comment and indeed starts at the point I wanted it to start,

What are you referring to?

Perhaps it was just a problem with what I was seeing.

They managed to record a VO for Fiona Foster who only ever presented one or two bulletins around that time. I'm sure I've seen other clips where there has been no VO/Namecheck.
Found some fragments of another bulletin with Fiona Foster:

So we now know she did at least two bulletins at ITN!

Is it this one?

The reporter isn't in the studio but the 2-way is conducted via a monitor which was very rare in this particular studio.

Another rare appearance of Sir Trevor in the blue set, on the day of Diana’s funeral. I’m a tad surprised they didn’t use the NaT set for this bulletin or the studio they hosted the funeral itself from youtu.be

It would be cheaper and easier to come from the newsroom studio - saved a lot of hassle.

Can anyone say whether the current look for ITV News which launched in January 2013, is this look now officially the longest look ITV News have used in their history?

Over a decade old now in 2023 with no sign that any revamp or change will happen.

I can't say for certain but at that time, both News at Ten and Channel 4 News shared a studio. It wasn't until 1999 that Channel 4 News relocated to the atrium. Just a guess but if Channel 4 were broadcasting, the News at Ten set wouldn't have been available. Also, both basement studios were, at that time, controlled by PCR1 so both Studios 1 and 2 couldn't be on air at the same time. PCR2 was the gallery used for Studio 4 alongside the atrium where Trevor is presenting from there.

Well, it's certainly the longest branding since the 'ITV News' name was adopted. But, the ITN News at 5.45 had the same branding from 1976 until 1988 so that ran for 12 years. And I guess you could say the Weekend News branding used prior to 1987 lasted a long time. Then again, it was only an ITN NEWS logo and a very simple studio set-up. And the title music was refreshed in June 1982 when they finally dropped Non-Stop.

So, let's say it's getting up there....
