BBC Events providing the Abbey and Westminster OBs, ITN are providing Whitehall precession/procession route OB and Sky are doing the Waterloo Station OB if people are wondering how its split between the broadcasters.

Watching ABC News, they are presenting from Australia with their Europe Correspondent in London in front of a green screen.

I looked at AlJazeera who have the following priorities:
[*]Sudan fighting/peace talks
[*]Congo floods
[*]Boat people in Myanmar denied entry
[*]UK Coronation - Commonwealth countries looking to becoming republics
Different perspective, and interesting to have the choice of views.

ITV's studio is more basic than the BBC's, but it has a fantastic view of Buckingham Palace.
As usual for this sort of thing, their coverage has a friendly and relaxed feel. And, as it's ITV, Ant and Dec have already been on.

Think the BBC should be showing more live pictures of Westminster Abbey rather than studio discussion / pre-recorded items.

They always have this issue, Sports too. Talking heads whilst you see action in the background.

On the technical side, Sky's the best for UHD. Apart from being live (iPlayer has the usual delay), Sky is broadcasting in Dolby Atmos, whereas iPlayer is just stereo. The BBC's linear HD coverage is DD5.1.
After all these years the BBC still can't offer the best audio simultaneously with the best video.

The main 'action' when you posted that was an orchestra, which was available on Radio 3.
The international feed version of the coverage, with no commentary or talking heads is available on iPlayer... they've provided more than enough viewing options

Presumably that's because Sky's is broadcast whereas the BBCs is Internet streamed?
