The tweet has been edited, apparently embedded tweets don't update on their own due to the url changing. Vote is tomorrow, not tonight, and it airs on Halloween, not tomorrow.

They’d also have to avoid showing the other two nominated contestants. Perhaps if they could be bothered they could use the slot to show pre-recorded ‘live’ block from earlier in the day, of course they won’t.

Schedules for itv1 have been changed. Surprisingly, they will be showing the 1st few minutes of late and live to cover the exit interview.

Perhaps they should reveal the nominations at the end of tonight’s show, leave the vote open until tomorrow and then have them leave the house at the end of the show tomorrow night (without the house knowing, of course).

Don't think so - the eviction episodes have been extended till 10:15pm every week and then the interview happens at 10:15 till 10:30pm.
