They did, most likely as a stopgap because the new version might not have been ready in time.

It seems to be the trend to establish long term brands that stick around these days
I think the centre of the eye is the bit that won’t change, that seems to the most useful device.
Think they’d have gone for something a lot more generic for the outer eye if they weren’t going to change it for potential future series.

I agree and I like that it is noticeably different, but still the same, compared to the fairly minor tweaks the revamps of the past have been. Even saying that I suspect 90% of viewers won't have noticed the difference at all.

There's some sort of Big Brother announcement at 10pm this evening. Hopefully it's something big like a Celebrity Bit Brother announcement.

Confirmed. Celebrity Big Brother comes to ITV1 in 2024.
AJ and Will will host, whilst Late & Live and the Live Stream will both return.

It was very predictable and is arguably the problem with vote to evict, especially as she was the only big character from that side of the house. Had it been vote to save, she’d have stayed.
Basically voting to evict Trish was also vote in favour of the group of 4.
