Try and spot the (many!) audience members that didn't really bother reading the message to wear black on the tickets, caused a lot of shuffling around in the studio to try and keep the black clothing in the middle seats and shove everyone else off to the sides!

At least if it doesn't work out they can recycle the set for the next revival of Blockbusters.

I remember years ago on Never Mind the Buzzcocks then host Simon Amstell saying along the lines of...
"A new host, new set, and new titles. I guess what I'm trying to say is... Welcome to the final series of Never Mind the Buzzcocks."

I wore a dark grey shirt and they still moved me to the right hand side! For the second show I was moved to the front as they mixed everyone up to make it look like a different audience and then the floor manager literally looked at me in disgust and moved me again!

He later laughed and said it wasn't personal it was just tone of the shirt I had on!

Do we know if they're keeping the same theme tune?

A look at the previous title sequences here - 4 over the decade, though the first two and last two are quite similar. I think I'd stopped watching by the time they changed the theme tune.

I think they are keeping the same theme - there wasn’t much music used at the recording but what was used was the original theme. The brief clips used on the various shows promoting the new series have used the original too.

From the teasers I've seen, they are keeping the same theme tune.

Going the the very brief clip of the theme at the end, it does sound like it's been refreshed for the ITV incarnation of it.

Any truth to the rumour that ITV mistakenly brought the rights to the wrong show and actually planned to revive Cheap Cheap Cheap with Phillip Schofield in the shopkeeper role?

I don't like the fact the titles are so short - but then again ITV have done this same thing when they brought back Millionaire.
