The UK televote results gave 12 points to Israel. 10 points from the UK went to Ireland.

A combination of a very concerted effort from Israel to garner votes, and a boycott from people who would likely have voted for another country, made it almost inevitable.

UK the only country to get no points at all in the televote is pretty poor

I wasn’t a fan of the staging, I think that enclosed box style actually made it look worse, as if it could have been pre recorded
