There seems to be a lot of relative unknowns (to the masses) who are hosting ITV weekend news bulletins.
ITVX, with the occassional reporting shift on the lunchtime news, occasionally also presents the Friday late edition of ITV News London.
Since ITV News introduced ITVX bulletins, staff from ITVX have covered off-peak network bulletins and late/early London bulletins and a lunchtime reporting shift..
Saturday was infact an ITVX double with Cari Davies presenting the early and lunchtime bulletins with Yasmin on evening and late.

She did but she left Central in March 2022 to join the national news, I caught her doing a few late bulletins

The ITVX service now seems to be building up quite nicely. And good to see their commitment to it isn't just 9-5 on weekdays.

Central have a thing for using national talent who have previously worked in the region to return to Gas Street to cover shifts. Stacey Foster has also filled in for Sameena while her day job is with network after she left.

Good to see Jonathan Hill back doing the Network bulletins. It must be a good while now since he last did anything Network wise.

He's in management at ITV Wales nowadays (as well as presenting Wales at Six a couple of days a week) - usually overseeing the non-news output as well, but I think his brief has changed to network commissions more recently.

Did anyone know why there was an apology on today’s lunchtime news after Anushka’s link outside St. Thomas’ Hospital - seemed like the camera was turned away from something for a few seconds?
ITV1 +1 replaced the incident with a caption saying that the couldn’t show the programme, BTW.
