They fixed the bug which caused a flipper with headline content but now the flipper officially works again!

I think it's safe to say they are using the Flipper differently from how it has been used previously its now stating coming up:

I dont understand the BBC's need to talk over events when they are happening, they still having guests talking about a speech we can see occurring on the right hand side, but muted.
Guess its on Sky so thats fine, Show the speech, then talk to guests after? Simple.
