I don't know why they did that last year. I'm definitely looking forward to the September revamp (as an international viewer) assuming they don't geoblock it again. If Yalda's program is at 9 pm UK time, that could be great as AJE does one of those docs that hour, France 24 is just repeating the previous hour, and it's the most unwatchable hour on the BBC.

Out of curiosity where are you based? The geoblock seems a bit arbitrary as I used to live somewhere where Sky was only a pay-TV package (presumably the sort of thing which would get it blocked on YT -- and indeed, other channels did used to be geoblocked on YouTube), but no geoblock.

As an aside, the 10pm Paris time France 24 hour is not usually a repeat, though they do like to have a reduced schedule in summer!

Canada. When they did the geoblock I checked if the pay TV providers here carried Sky. None of them did. Which makes no sense.

I didn't mean like taping the previous hour and repeating it but rather both 9pm Paris Time and 10pm consists of Live from Paris (non-summer) and then Eye on Africa. Content-wise both hours are very similar.

None of the geoblocking makes sense really.

Does anyone know what the extra wall building behind the glass box is all about (to the right of the screen, behind the stairs)? Seems as though it's been partitioned off.

Also, the podcast studio is quite a nice space actually for in depth interviews.

Anyone know where the NBC Newsroom is on the Sky Campus? Is it a separate building or near the Sky one? It mimics the 4E newroom background of ingest, the NBC Bureau Ingest, and the similar ingest wall and at Grays Inn.

NBC moved out of ITN some time ago. The space is now used for the Channel 5 newsroom.

It’s on the same floor as Sky’s newsroom in Sky Studios.
