An hour on screen with a more dedicated brief will be just as much work, if not more, than what has become a two hour fairly generic slot on BBC News.   And it'll be more in her area of expertise too.

5am The Early Rundown with a revolving cast of presenters
7am Breakfast with Kay Burley
10am Sky News Today with Wilfred Frost
11.30am Business Live with Ian King
12pm Sky News Today with Jayne Secker
2pm Sky News Today with Kamali Melbourne
4.30pm Business Live with Ian King again
5pm The News Hour/At Six with Mark Austin
7pm Politics Hub with Sophy Ridge
8pm UK news show with Sarah-Jane Mee
9pm World news with Yalda Hakim
10pm Sky News at Ten/Press Preview with Anna Botting
12am Sky News overnight with whomever

And as above on Friday except with Niall Paterson
Unless there is a major change from the current arrangements, it would be same schedule (bar the evening change we've been told about), different presenters in most slots

I'm surprised her name isn't part of the brand.

It's a shame Kimberley Leonard isn't being given a permanent slot - I like Kamali but can't help feeling that Kimberley would've worked better here.

It's quite a nice primetime line-up, if this is accurate. Sarah-Jane and Yalda's programmes sound interesting. Whilst they're at it, they should rebrand The Newshour as Live at 5!

It sounds like it was a rehearsal for the next programme. After the TOTH music finishes, I can hear Kimberley Leonard's voice.

Sounds like it was playing out through the Westminster studios speakers and picked up by Jayne’s microphone.

Any word on whether Beth Rigby Interviews… will be part of the new schedule?

I'm surprised they haven't engineered an ad-less version of their app for internal and on-air use.
