Watching BBC One Scotland via iPlayer...

For most of the regional headline opt at the start of the Six, the Sportsday headlines appeared before belatedly crashing mid-sentence into the Reporting Scotland opt for its final couple of seconds or so.

No problems with the quarter-past RepScot headlines going out.

Yes, happens fairly frequently. Usually someone forgetting to opt-out of the NC feed.

Does anyone know when Reporting Scotland will get its new set? Now that Northern Ireland has got it’s new set and Wales has had changes made to the backdrop. It must be due soon.

Be a good few months yet. Work begins at the end of January.

I don't usually see the daytime Politics Scotland programmes on BBC One Scotland during the week, but had the TV on yesterday and caught part of the programme. The programme airs twice weekly on Wednesdays at 14:15 (to cover what's going on in parliament and Scottish politics in general), and then on Thursdays at 12:00 (to cover First Minister's Questions).

I was interested to see that yesterday's programme covered events in the Scottish Parliament (from Glasgow) and then featured a segment presented from the Politics Live studio in Millbank by BBC Scotland's David Porter - who had a discussion with some Scottish MPs.

It may be that this is a regular occurrence, but it was the first time I'd seen it.  I was also wondering if any of the other Nations do this too?  (Maybe only Wales as I guess NI political programming might be cut back given the lack of a NI government?).

Is there any evidence of this. Hopefully it will be soon.
