Gina London, who is a former correspondent for CNN, is actually giving her analysis about the Presidential visit of Joe Biden to Ireland on RTÉ News in Ireland. She is there as a guest in the main RTÉ News studio, which is Studio 3, in Dublin.

She is there with Sharon Tobin, who is presenting the coverage of Biden's visit, from Dublin. The other guest in that studio is Larry Donnelly.

For tonight's prerecorded segment of AC360, it's chairs and coffee table instead of the usual desk in 21L.

They were using a similar coffee table and chair format in 19z last night during the second hour of CNN Tonight as well.

The system used by the BBC at NBH may seem equally confusing to them.  Newsnight is from 54D, which is Floor 5, Area 4, Studio D. That would normally indicate a radio studio, as most of the other TV studios just seem to have a single letter.

Since this Monday, actually. They have remade the second hour of CNN Tonight, now they have CNN reporters on those chairs talking about what they are working on this week.
The graphics have changed for that hour as well, from goldish yellow, to nightly blue/violet, as you can see on your screen cap.
Intro was updated to match the colors as well.


10pm hour remains as it was, including both graphics and the intro in yellow lights.

Why were Newsroom NYC from flash on Tuesday and Today on the 2-4 shift and in 21L yesterday?

It's been Bianna and Erica all week out of NYC.

I assume the studio numbers at Hudson Yards (NY) correspond with floor numbers, but who knows. And then just each different studio on that floor gets a letter designation as well. I’m not entirely sure there.

In Atlanta, I know that studio 7 was actually on the 7th floor and studio 4 is actually on the 4th floor, etc. But then again studio 3 is also on the 4th floor, so, shrug.
