The TV Gameshow Thread

That'll be interesting, although Ken's never seems to be that comfortable on TV whenever I've seen him

Very good night for itv, in for a penny is such a great show and makes me miss Britain's Got More Talent as it is Stephen Mulhern messing about with the public. 1% Club is such a great show with great questions and a great presenter. BGT is BGT and was a good opener last night but personally think Alan Carr would have been better than Bruno.

Unsure yet about in with a shout, decent idea but feels like a daytime show

Good that they sorted out the on screen question
graphics for 1% Club, much bigger.

First time I've watched In With A Shout this week, it's a good idea but I'm not sure on if it'll hold interest.

I'm not liking the way Joel keeps referring to the screens as 'tellys' - I understand they're doing it so they can say they're "shouting at the telly" but I'm not a fan. It feels cheap.

"Telly" feels like quite an old nickname for a screen too.

Whoever scheduled 'In For a Penny' and 'In With a Shout' together, I applaud you. Because now when I'm making conversation with friends I can use 'In For a Penny, In With a Shout' as a meaningless phrase.

Hopefully I'm not the only one making that joke.

In For a Penny, In with a Shout, Britain's Got Talent, One Percent Club- doesn't work quite as well.

The app for the play along of the 1% Club kept crashing and not showing the question or answers but the app gameplay carried on anyway.

Also, it seems like the reboot of Friends Like These with Alison Hammond on BBC One has now been cancelled.

The screens on in for a shout remind me of the screens from that Chris Tarrant gameshow The Colour of Money.

He's a cyan man and he's doing what he can, he's on the Colour of Money and he is a Tarrant fan- it's like Deal or No Deal, but instead of boxes, it's cash machines, please don't tell Noel Edmonds or he'll sue.
