Sky News

Sky have been showing an investigation into crypto gambling all day. During the headlines, a clip of a livestream plays and in the chat on the side there is some... language visible. Only being slightly obscured by the video being blurry and other messages being sent in the chat quickly. This has been shown since the Breakfast show at 7AM.

Seems to be another similar graphic in use right now on my Sky Guide. It doesn’t look very Sky News.

That's just a stock image that's used in the EPG when a programme image hasn't been loaded in for whatever reason.

I don't think they've ever used the ticker to issue a warning before

I wonder if they didn't give a warning at the start for some reason and the ticker was the best way to try to correct that.

That’s great. I much prefer presenters in fixed slots compared to what the the BBC News Channel is currently doing with different presenters doing slots every day.

Sky definitely putting presenters/talent more to the forefront nowadays since the Ryley days of newsreaders 'not mattering'.
