Looks like Dan Wootton's show has been replaced with 'GB News Tonight'.

Also looks like BOXT have pulled the weather sponsorship.

Just when you think they're starting to turn a corner.....

Any source re BOXT sponsorship having been "pulled"??  Given we have just had a month end on Saturday perhaps the weather sponsorship was always due to end on 30 September and it ceasing is nothing more than a mere coincidence.

Bit of a weird branding mix, the graphics have changed to the generic ‘GBN Tonight’ name, whilst Mark Dolan is referring to it as Mark Dolan Tonight.

If they're serious about cleaning things up and being more professional then surely the likes of Mark Dolan and Neil Oliver are on borrowed time too.

From some of the reports of the last few days it's as if their main investor had only just realised exactly what he was investing in.

It was pulled - referenced in that same Times article linked earlier in the thread:
Quote:Later on Wednesday, Frangopoulos was informed that GB News’ weather sponsor, the boiler and heating company Boxt, was withdrawing its advertising from the station.

Thanks for the confirmation re BOXT.  The Times article is behind a paywall to which I do not subscribe hence I was unaware that the sponsorship had been "pulled" by the advertiser.  Not sure why the respondent to my query thought necessary to bold the word "was" in their reply.

I think it's more that the main investor is trying to buy something else and suddenly needs to be taken seriously
